Mercedes-Benz India has launched its latest electric car, the Mercedes EQA, at an attractive price of Rs 66 lakh. This launch makes the EQA the most affordable electric vehicle in Mercedes-Benz’s Indian portfolio. The EQA joins the existing line-up of electric vehicles, which includes the updated EQB 7-seater SUV, the larger EQE SUV, and the luxurious EQS sedan. Bookings for the EQA have started today, and deliveries are expected to begin in January 2025.

Mercedes EQA Powertrain and Range
The Mercedes EQA is powered by a 70.5kWh battery pack, driving a front-mounted electric motor that generates 190hp and 385Nm of peak torque. The car can accelerate from 0-100 kph in 8.6 seconds and has a top speed of 160 kph.
The EQA offers a WLTP-certified range of up to 560km on a single charge. The battery supports up to 100kW DC fast charging, which can charge from 10-80 percent in just 35 minutes. For home charging, the standard 11kW AC charger will fully charge the battery in about 7 hours and 15 minutes.
