The new Ducati Panigale V2 Black is available in a stunning gloss black with contrast red stickering, priced at Rs 20.98 lakh.
Ducati India has launched a new color option for its popular Panigale V2 supersport motorcycle. Previously available only in red, the new Ducati Panigale V2 Black is now on sale for Rs 20.98 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant is Rs. 30,000 more expensive than the red version. Bookings for this sleek black model began earlier this year, and deliveries are expected to start soon.
The new Panigale V2 Black features a glossy black paint scheme with eye-catching red stickering around the fairing and fuel tank. The black alloy wheels also sport a red rim stripe, adding a minimal yet striking visual appeal. Despite the new color, the design of the bike remains unchanged, retaining its sharp styling, twin headlamps with eyebrow LED DRLs, and compact overall proportions.
Ducati Panigale V2 Black Power and Performance
The Panigale V2 is powered by a 955 cc, liquid-cooled, L-twin engine. This powerful engine produces 155 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm of peak torque at 9,000 rpm, and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is built on an aluminum monocoque frame and comes equipped with high-performance components like 43-mm fully adjustable Showa USD front forks and a fully adjustable Sachs monoshock at the rear.
Ducati Panigale V2 Braking and Electronics
Braking is managed by two 320-mm discs with Brembo Monoblock M 4.32 calipers at the front and a 245-mm single disc at the rear. Ducati has also equipped the Panigale V2 with a range of electronic aids. These include multiple riding modes, power modes, cornering ABS, traction control, and engine brake control.
Ducati Panigale V2 Black Wheels and Tires
The Panigale V2 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tyres, providing excellent grip and stability.
Ducati Panigale V2 Market Competition
The new Panigale V2 Black is priced similarly to the litre-class BMW S 1000 RR, which starts from Rs 20.75 lakh. Another competitor, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, is more affordable, priced at Rs 16.79 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
