What’s New in the Porsche Panamera GTS?
The Panamera GTS comes equipped with a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 500hp, 20hp more than the previous Panamera GTS. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-100kph in just 3.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 302kph. The PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) has been specially tuned for the GTS, lowering the car by 10mm compared to the standard Panamera. This, along with reinforced anti-roll bars, ensures greater body stability and a sportier drive.
Panamera GTS Design and Features
The Panamera GTS features several distinctive styling elements:
- Exterior: Black GTS logos, unique front section, dark-tinted HD matrix LED headlamps and tail-lamps, red brake calipers, and a standard Sport package with satin matte-black finish on various trims. The tailpipes are finished in a Dark Bronze shade, and the car rides on 21-inch Turbo S centre-lock wheels in Anthracite Grey.
- Interior: The cabin is adorned with Porsche’s Race-Tex suede-like material on the roof lining, armrests, door panels, and seat centres. Customers can choose from two GTS-exclusive interior packages in Carmine Red or Slate Grey Neo, along with a Carbon matt interior package.
Availability
Porsche has announced that deliveries for the Panamera GTS will start in its home country in a few months. Indian customers can expect deliveries to begin by the end of this year or possibly in 2025. The GTS will be the most powerful Panamera model available in India, as the Turbo models, being hybrids, will not be launched here.
