Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z has same engine as Bajaj Dominar 400.
Bajaj Auto’s most anticipated Pulsar NS400 Z launched at an introductory price of Rs.1,85,000 (ex-showroom). The new Pulsar NS400 Z is claimed as the biggest Pulsar since the teaser is out and it looks like it. Bajaj was never disappointed in the Pulsar series in terms of looks and performance.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z Engine and Performance:
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z is powered by the same liquid-cooled 373cc, single-cylinder engine as the Bajaj Dominar which makes up to 40 HP at 8,800 RPM power and 35 NM at 6,500 RPM torque. The claimed top speed is 154 Km/hr. As for us, it’s not that much promising.
The 6-speed gearbox setup and slip-and-assist clutch are also added to the bike.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z Features:
The Pulsar NS 400 Z uses an underbelly exhaust muffler, similar to the PulsarNS 200.For smooth riding 43mm USD fork finished in golf and pre-load-adjustable mono-shock suspension is taken care of the suspension. The 320mm Front Disc is mated to a 4-piston Grimeca axial caliper and the 230 mm rear disc. The fuel tank has a 12 Litre capacity and the bike weighs about 174 Kg which is 19 Kg less than Dominar. For shorter riders accessible seat height is 805 mm is more convenient.
The tyre sizes are 110/70-17 at the front and 140/70-17 at the rear. This makes the Pulsar NS400 Z run a 140-section rear type other being Yamaha Rs. The Pulsar NS400 Z has a unique headlight with a central LED projector flanked by 2-very edgy lights.

The New Pulsar NS400 Z will be offering 4 colours Glossy Racing Red, Brooklyn Black, Pewter Grey and Pearl Metallic White. All the colours has same price of Rs.1.85 Lakh, Although this is an introductory price the prices may be change in the future. The booking has started at token amount of Rs5000 and the deliveries will begin by first week of June.
