Triumph’s 2025 Speed 400 launched at Rs.2.40 Lakh: New Features and Colours

Triumph has officially updated its popular Speed 400 motorcycle for the 2025 model year. This update brings new features and fresh colour options, making it even more appealing to enthusiasts. The 2025 Speed 400 now costs ₹2.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), a slight increase of ₹6,000 from its previous price.

Key Highlights:

  • New Vredestein tyres with thicker sidewalls.
  • Adjustable hand levers now come as standard.
  • Four fresh colour options to choose from.
  • Enhanced seat comfort with 10mm extra foam padding.
  • Priced at ₹2.40 lakh, ₹6,000 more than before.

2025 Speed 400: New Tyres and Enhanced Comfort

One of the major upgrades in the 2025 Triumph Speed 400 is the inclusion of Vredestein tyres with thicker sidewalls. These tyres are now sized 110/80-R17 and 150/70-R17, replacing the previous 110/70-R17 and 150/60-R17 dimensions. This change not only increases ground clearance and seat height but also gives the bike a slightly taller stance. Despite the increase in seat height, Triumph has worked to ensure the ground reach remains comfortable, thanks to a reprofiled seat.

New Seat for Improved Riding Comfort

Triumph has also improved rider comfort by adding 10mm of extra foam padding to the seat. This means riders can expect a more cushioned ride, even on longer journeys. The reprofiled seat ensures that the additional padding does not make the bike harder to handle for shorter riders.

Adjustable Levers and New Colour Options

For enhanced convenience, the 2025 Speed 400 now features adjustable hand levers as standard. This addition allows riders to fine-tune their brake and clutch lever settings according to their preferences, ensuring a more customized riding experience.

Moreover, Triumph has introduced four new colour options for the Speed 400, some of which come with a sleek blacked-out exhaust finish, adding to the bike’s premium look.

New Entry-Level Model: Speed T4

Alongside the updated Speed 400, Triumph has also launched a more affordable model called the Speed T4, priced at ₹2.17 lakh. This entry-level motorcycle is based on the Speed 400 platform but offers a more accessible option for riders looking to experience Triumph’s engineering at a lower price point.
