Hyundai has unveiled the AURA Hy-CNG twin-cylinder variant, priced at Rs 7.48 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant is Hyundai’s third model to feature twin-cylinder CNG technology, following the success of the Grand i10 Nios and the standard Aura. The Hyundai AURA Hy-CNG variant is officially named Hyundai AURA Hy-CNG and is equipped with a host of practical features. The base E trim includes front power windows, driver seat height adjustment, adjustable rear seat headrests, and a semi-digital instrument console, providing essential comfort and convenience.
Under the hood, the Hyundai AURA Hy-CNG is powered by a 1.2L Bi-Fuel naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. When running on CNG, this engine produces 67 bhp and 95.2 Nm of peak torque, delivering a smooth and efficient driving experience. The twin-cylinder CNG technology maximizes storage space and enhances safety by distributing weight more evenly.
