Hyundai is set to launch the Hyundai Alcazar facelift in India this September, just before the highly anticipated Creta EV arrives early next year. The updated Alcazar promises several design and feature enhancements, while maintaining its existing mechanical setup.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Design
The new Hyundai Alcazar facelift will have several styling updates to differentiate it from its sibling, the Creta. While the split headlamp design is expected to remain the same, the front grille and bumper will feature a fresh look. The side profile will sport newly designed alloy wheels and side claddings. At the rear, the Alcazar will receive a completely revamped tailgate with new-look tail-lights that combine both vertical and horizontal elements.

Inside, the Alcazar facelift will boast a new dashboard design, highlighted by a twin-screen setup similar to that of the Creta facelift. It will continue to be available in both 6- and 7-seater configurations. The powertrain options will remain unchanged, with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 160hp and 253Nm of torque, available with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre diesel engine will continue to deliver 116hp and 250Nm, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Launch Timeline and Expected Price
The Hyundai Alcazar facelift is set to debut during the upcoming festive season in September. The current model is priced between Rs 16.78 lakh and Rs 21.28 lakh (ex-showroom), and the facelifted version is expected to carry a higher price tag of Rs.23 – 25 Lakh.
