BMW has officially unveiled the 2024 iteration of its popular BMW 3 Series, introducing a range of updates and improvements aimed at redefining the driving experience. The new 3 Series features a refreshed design, enhanced interior technology, and improvements to its powertrain lineup, promising both luxury and performance in equal measure.
2024 BMW 3 Series Exterior Desgin:
The exterior of the 2024 BMW 3 Series has been subtly refined, with a focus on aerodynamics and aesthetics. The front bumper has been redesigned for a cleaner look, while new angular sills and 19-inch alloy wheels add to the sporty appeal. All models come standard with 17-inch alloys, and customers can choose from nine new paint finishes to personalize their vehicle.
2024 BMW 3 Series Interior:
Inside, the 3 Series boasts a modern and luxurious interior, featuring the latest technology and premium materials. The centerpiece of the cabin is the 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which runs the latest BMW OS and includes a customizable widget bar. The interior also features tri-zone climate control, a 12.3-inch instrumentation display, and glass-trimmed controls for a touch of elegance.
Powertrain and Performance:
One of the most significant updates to the 2024 BMW 3 Series is the introduction of a larger 19.5kWh battery for the PHEV variants. This results in an electric-only range of up to 101km, a substantial improvement over the previous model. The 330e model, which combines an electric motor with a 2.0-liter petrol engine, now produces a total system output of 300hp. Other engine options include a mild-hybrid 2.0-liter petrol engine in the 320i and a 3.0-liter straight-six in the M340i.
2024 BMW 3 Series India Details:
Production of the 2024 BMW 3 Series is set to begin in July in Europe. However, there is no word yet on when the new model will be available in other markets, including the UK and India. Pricing and availability details for the 2024 3 Series will be announced closer to the launch date.
