Brixton Motorcycles Set to launch in Indian Market with Distinctive Offerings

Brixton Motorcycles, an Austrian-owned brand with a British flair, is making waves in the motorcycle industry. Although their motorcycles are manufactured in China by Chongqing Gaokin Industries Co., Brixton is owned by the renowned KSR Group, which also boasts ownership of other esteemed motorcycle brands such as Motron and Malaguti.

The brand has been gaining traction since it began selling motorcycles globally in 2017, particularly in Europe and Asia. Now, with an eye on the burgeoning Indian market, Brixton has announced its much-anticipated entry into India. The company has strategically partnered with KAW Veloce Motors (KVMPL), a trusted entity responsible for sales, service, and spares for brands like Benelli, Keeway, Moto Morini, and Zontes in South Maharashtra and North Karnataka.

Brixton Motorcycles Exciting Plans Unveiled for India

Brixton Motorcycles is all set to make a splash in India with a range of four models slated for launch this year. These models, developed at Brixton’s Austrian design centre, will be manufactured at a state-of-the-art factory in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The company’s strategy for India includes the establishment of a robust dealer network, with plans to open 15 dealerships by the end of 2024 and expand to 50 by the end of 2025.

A Promising Partnership for Innovation

In a bid to cater to the Indian market’s unique demands, Brixton and KVMPL are gearing up to establish a dedicated research and development centre in India. This centre will focus on developing models specifically tailored for the Indian consumer, showcasing Brixton’s commitment to delivering innovative and customer-centric offerings.

A Glimpse into Brixton’s Diverse Portfolio

Internationally, Brixton offers a diverse range of retro-themed motorcycles, with up to 14 different models available. While the exact lineup for India is yet to be confirmed, Brixton’s international offerings feature engines that rival those of renowned brands such as Triumph and Honda. From the nimble 125cc models to the robust 1,200cc Cromwell 1200, Brixton’s lineup offers something for every rider.

Setting the Stage for a Thrilling Ride

With its unique blend of British heritage, Austrian craftsmanship, and Chinese manufacturing prowess, Brixton Motorcycles is poised to make a lasting impression on the Indian motorcycle scene. As enthusiasts eagerly await the arrival of these distinctive machines, Brixton’s entry into India promises to inject a new wave of excitement into the country’s motorcycle landscape.
