Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has embarked on the second phase of their Mega Service Camps, a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and elevating the ownership experience. This phase is slated to cover 32 tier-II and tier-III cities across India, following the successful completion of the first phase, which saw over 6250 Jawa motorcycles serviced across 36 dealerships.
Commencing on Friday, April 19, the second phase of the service camps will run until the end of June, with the objective of servicing an additional 10,000 motorcycles. Ashish Singh Joshi, the CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, highlighted the significance of this initiative, noting that it is the first-of-its-kind undertaken by any automotive brand in India.
The service camps are designed to provide owners of 2019-2020 Jawa motorcycles with a comprehensive vehicle health check-up. Additionally, owners will have the opportunity for free replacement of select parts, irrespective of the warranty status of the motorcycle. Jawa has collaborated with leading original equipment suppliers such as Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres to ensure top-notch service quality and customer satisfaction.
One of the key features of the service camps is the provision of free extended warranties, based on the outcomes of each motorcycle’s health assessment at the camp. This underscores Jawa’s commitment to offering unparalleled service and support to its customers.

The phase-two service camps will be organized in various cities including Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, Faridabad, Indore, Salem, Kanpur, Bareilly, Jammu, Haldwani, Mangalore, Kollam, Siliguri, Jodhpur, Tirupati, Mysore, Raipur, Ranchi, Nagercoil, Bhubaneswar, Hubli, Patna, Trichy, Anantapur, Pondicherry, Nashik, Jabalpur, Goa, Kolhapur, and Tinsukia. This extensive reach ensures that Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles can cater to a wide array of customers and further solidify its position in the dynamic automotive market.
